Clean Stream

The troop put their boating skills to use and utilized canoes and kayaks to access the litter in Simpson Lake for Operation: Clean Stream this year. Be sure to get your service beads for hours worked on this project.

Congratulations to our Little Flower for her 2nd place Iris win as published in the American Iris Society Bulletin!

Clean Stream '22

The Little Flowers used their canoeing expertise to row Simpson Lake and clear the shore of trash for this year's Operation Clean Stream. They found a giant plank of lumber they floated across the lake to discard. They used the virtues of patience and perseverance to complete the task. They enjoyed a picnic following their hard work.

Pool Party 7/25 and Canoeing 8/8

We've had some water fun to cool off this summer. First, the girls organized a pool party at the community aquatic center. Somehow there is only one photograph of the event.

Remembering St. Brendan, patron of boating, we honed our rowing skills in the Grand Basin of Forest Park navigating canoes around fountains and under bridges. All returned safely to shore!

St Brendan, Pray for Us!
