Daffodil Show and Fish Frys

We had some youth floriculture entries in this year's Daffodil Show. The basic entry parameters were as follows:

Class 4: Take a Leap!

The year 2000 was an historic leap year because it was the first turn-of-the-century

leap year since the year 1600. Make a design that references a leaping, jumping, or

hopping activity.

Class 5. Have a Party!

Celebrate the Daffodil Society’s 25th anniversary using daffodils in party mode.

Make a celebratory floral design that evokes a joyous atmosphere.

Thanks to all who participated in the Fish Fry this season.  We sold more pizza than ever and raised a lot of money for the troop, as well as a lot of awareness of who we are.  The girls really made a great impression on all who saw their hard work and dedication.  Great job Everyone!
